Project Origin
I registered, interviewed and got the opportunity to join UX-SKILL Hackathon Bootcamp which created a Sustainable Sleeping Project and collaborates between UX-SKILL and SYN Boutique Hotel and receives support from many companies.
I am chosen to join with BLUR BUT BOLD group (Blue team)
I came in Ideate & Sketch Process
I came in the Ideate, Sketch process by my team use Miro, Gather Town program for communication, brainstorm, vote and create idea

First work, Sketch & Ideate
My team brainstormed to find many solutions together, prioritize solutions, create a user journey map and storyboard.
After we presented in round 2 , we received a lot of feedback from
Panida Karlsson (UX & Service Designer, Brand strategy and Founder UX-SKILL in Sweden and Thailand) by specific about the flow of UJM and increased focus on sleeping.

Design Summary
My team design sleeping package "JUM SYN" or "จำศีล" which have a slogan is
"Change you to a new person in 7 days & You will get Sleep Life Balance"
By we have design concept is 'Local Product, Embrace of nature, Sleep life balance'

Magical box (kits set which help customer to relax and receive effective sleeping by all product come from local place)
Planner (Diary for mind relaxing, Suggestion trip around Chiang Mai)

5 Days in Chiang Mai
During 5 days, my team service the guest (tester) in 3 days and we split the position and work agile process ex. service provide, check platform, offer and present sustainable sleeping service package with to guest)

Everyday my team surveyed the hotel, set products in the room, decorated the room and communicated about work positions with staff of Syn hotel in the morning.

Both 2 team get coaching time with Panida Karlsson (Founder of UX-SKILL)
both morning and night for receive feedback and adapt to solutions.
Pitching
On the last day, both 2 teams have to present the pitch desk with many directors

By the first group that focuses on the digital products and them experts for collecting, managing data and experience. And my team, we focus on the physical product “The magical box” which creates a sleeping feeling and helps to relax the mind.

Sample feedback
Develop surveys, analytics, personalization to create experiences, services and products that are more exclusive to customers.
Develop collecting the user details both during the stay, meal time period, before guests sleep and after waking up in the morning.
Develop and focus more details on sleep design.
Develop a business model from bringing this package to various hotels all over Thailand and recognize the local system and be sustainable.
